8+ years of experience working with a software development team, including at least 3 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
Holds a relevant certification from a recognized organization (e.g., Certified Product Owner).
Creative and analytical thinker who collaborates well as a team member and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences (verbal and written).
Working understanding of Scrum and familiarity with at least one agile scaling framework; proficiency with common office productivity tools (Office, SharePoint, Outlook, Google Docs).

Responsibilities

Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, verbally and in writing.
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to align on product vision, priorities, and delivery.
Lead backlog prioritization using a value-based framework and justify trade-offs to maximize business value.
Inspire the team by conveying the product vision and business value, and facilitate problem-solving related to processes, workflow, and team dynamics.

Minimum of 8 years' experience working in some capacity with a software development team:

Can effectively and confidently communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in written form
Capable of collabonsting with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to the organization
Enjoys and excels at problem-solving related to processes, workflow, communication, and team dynamics.
Knows how to quantity value and possesses a strong framework to justify tackdog prioritization.
Great communicator that can inspire the team by conveying the vision and business value
Working understanding of Scrum, and familiarity with at least one agile scaling framework
