Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:
This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering high-quality support and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and managing every interaction with professionalism and care. You will be expected to uphold strong phone etiquette, maintain a customer-first mindset, and consistently provide exceptional service that enhances the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information via phone and/or email.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, or provide additional support.
  • Assist customers with account setup, order processing, or service enrollment.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and updating customer records.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, courteous, and empathetic communication.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Adhere to company standards for confidentiality, professionalism, and service quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with cross-functional and internal leaders.
  • Schedule flexibility to work on EST (New York time).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic. 
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a Windows computer (Windows 10 or newer) that is less than 4 years old.
  • Two monitors and a high-speed fiber network or Starlink internet.
