Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Claims Management Administrator to support the daily management of active insurance claims. This role is responsible for conducting consistent follow-ups, coordinating with clients, insurance carriers, and vendors, and ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. The ideal candidate will monitor claim timelines, identify discrepancies, maintain organized records, and help prevent processing delays.
