  • Create and maintain a database of leads; continuously research for new leads and update the CRM.
  • Manage property listings and respond to customer inquiries using prespecified templates.
  • Follow up with customers and update CRM notes; handle other Real Estate VA duties as needed.

JDOnline Connect
 is looking for Real Estate Virtual Assistants to provide support to our clients on varied real estate related task. The ideal candidate would be pro-active, passionate about  real estate, a quick learner and great multi-tasker.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administrative Tasks - Email management, Research, Data Entry, Calendar Management
  • Manage appointments, schedule and send reminders. 
  • Create and maintain database of leads generated.
  • Constantly research for new leads and maintain database.
  • Managing Listings
  • Manage customer queries and respond to them with the relevant pre-set templates.
  • Customer follow-up
  • Update CRM with notes on leads.
  • Performing other duties related to Real Estate VA role when needed.
