Requirements:

  • AI automation workflow design: automate repetitive data tasks (lists enrichment, data clean-up) and create custom workflows and automations; use AI to personalize email and LinkedIn outreach at scale; develop a user-friendly way to access phone numbers and clean up irrelevant data stored in the in-house database.
  • List-building data intelligence: design and automate data enrichment pipelines using tools like Apollo, Lusha, Clay, LinkedIn; develop AI-powered lead scoring models to prioritize contacts aligned with client ICPs; build workflows to validate and segment leads before SDRs; build feedback loops between campaign results and data strategy.
  • Analytics optimization: build dashboards or reports showing SDR conversion metrics per campaign, identify funnel issues related to data, analyze email and LinkedIn campaign performance to improve messaging and targeting.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, list builders, digital marketing team and project managers to ensure that every prospecting campaign is driven by clean, enriched, and conversion-ready data.

The role:

We are looking for an AI & Data Automation Specialist to lead the transformation of our list-building operations, streamline data workflows, and integrate AI tools that make our sales outreach smarter, faster and more precise.
This is a high-impact hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our SDRs, list builders, digital marketing team and project managers to ensure that every prospecting campaign is driven by clean, enriched, and conversion-ready data.

What you'll do:

  1. AI automation & workflow design
    - Automate repetitive data tasks such as lists enrichment, data clean-up, etc
    - Create custom workflows and automations
    - Use AI to personalize email and LinkedIn outreach at scale

  2. List building & data intelligence
    - Design and automate data enrichment pipelines using tools like Apollo, Lusha, Clay, LinkedIn

    - Build feedback loops between campaign results and our data strategy
  3. Analytics & optimization
    - Build dashboards or reports showing:
     SDR conversion metrics per campaign
     Funnel issues related to data issues
     Analyze email and LinkedIn campaign performance to improve messaging and targeting

What we're looking for:

  1. Skills & experience
    - Experience in automation, data operations, or marketing technology
    - Understanding of lead generation workflows and B2B data tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn
    - Experience with AI models like OpenAI and others
    - Familiar with workflow builders like Zapier, Clay, N8N, etc.
    - Experience integrating and managing data pipelines or CRMs
    - Bonus: Experience in B2B telemarketing, SDR teams or agency environments
  2. Soft skills
    - Highly structured and detail-oriented
    - Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between our technology and our SDRs
    - Curious and self-driven
