Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Sales Executive to manage client interactions, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements, present IT solutions, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage inbound and outbound client interactions via calls, emails, and chats.

*Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.

*Support the sales team in lead qualification and follow-ups.

*Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Job Title: IT Sales Executive

Location: Fully Remote

Department: Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings- 1 pm to 10 pm IST
