We are currently looking to onboard a SAP TPM Solution Architect who will be deputed to a prestigious US-based client site in Bangalore to lead the design and delivery of trade promotion management solutions.
Role Overview
As a SAP TPM Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in leading the end-to-end TPM (Trade Promotion Management) architecture across multiple business domains. You will drive integration strategies, guide technical builds, and collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to deliver scalable, modern solutions across SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake, and various integration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect scalable and integrated TPM solutions involving SAP S/4HANA (SD/FICO), CCM, Snowflake, and Demand Planning systems.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, cybersecurity, and data teams to align integration patterns and security compliance.
- Lead and participate in design discussions with TPx and related systems.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust TPM designs and solution blueprints.
- Provide expert-level guidance during the development and configuration of TPM components.
- Drive FIORI and ODATA implementation for custom and standard TPM user interfaces.
- Review and sign off on technical deliverables including integrations and enhancements.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and deliver technical mentorship to the implementation team.
️ Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of TPM process flows and data models.
- Experience in 12 full-cycle TPM implementations.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP FIORI and ODATA integration.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments, particularly with SD, FICO, and promotional spend areas.
- Understanding of integration design patterns across tools like Snowflake, SAP CPI, Azure Data Factory.
- Technical leadership in reviewing solution designs, build reviews, and integration compliance.
⭐ Nice to Have
- 12 to 15 years of experience in solution architecture or technical design with TPM tools.
- Exposure to platforms like CAS, Promax, Visualfabriq.
- Familiarity with security, data compliance, and enterprise-wide architecture principles.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments within FMCG or Retail industries is a plus.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP certifications are a strong advantage.
