Roles & Responsibilities

Proven experience as a Java Developer with expertise in Spring and Quarkus; design and develop microservices and RESTful and message-driven APIs.
Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora) and caching (Redis); experience with message brokers (ActiveMQ, SNS/SQS).
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure); familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Quality assurance skills using Sonar, JUnit, RestAssured (optional Cucumber/Selenium); monitoring/tracing tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK, Prometheus); plus relevant certifications.

Requirements:

Implement system software and customize to client requirements; perform post-implementation validation and resolve bugs.
Provide quality assurance reviews and prepare detailed specifications and test plans; code new programs per specifications and create test data.
Modify existing programs to meet standards and conduct unit testing; gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions.
Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications.

Mandatory/Preferred Language Skills:

Proven experience as a Java Developer, with expertise in Spring-* and Quarkus.
Design and develop microservices and APIs following best practices for RESTful and message-driven communication.
Proficiency in database systems like PostgreSQL and cloud databases (Aurora) as well as caching mechanisms like Redis.
Strong quality assurance skills using Sonar, JUnit, RestAssured, and optionally Cucumber and Selenium.
Hands-on experience with message brokers like ActiveMQ and SNS&SQS
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes/openShift.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Experience with any cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
Familiarity with monitoring and tracing tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK stack, and Prometheus.
Certifications in Java, Quarkus, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms are a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement system software and customize to client requirements;
