Requirements:

Design, develop and maintain backend services for high-traffic, large-scale web applications using Java, Spring Boot and Liferay
Analyze requirements, design architectures, and implement API-based solutions (SOA) ensuring scalable distributed systems
Maintain software quality across the work stream with testing, code reviews, profiling and performance optimization
Work with AWS infrastructure and deploy applications on EKS, including deployment pipelines and operational excellence

Job Description:

5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
Experience in analysis, design, coding and implementation of next-generation web.
applications in backend programming language (preferably in Java, Spring Boot and Liferay).
Experience in API based architectures (e.g. SOA).
Experience working on high-traffic and large-scale web products.
Experience with web infrastructure, distributed systems and performance analysis.
Driven to gain insight into different new and old technologies.
Been on at least one death march and know exactly why some things have to be avoided.
Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
Maintain and ensure optimal software quality within the assigned work stream and product.
Working knowledge with AWS infrastructure and deploying applications on EKS is a plus.
