We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team in the payments industry. In this role, you will play a key part in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team to meet their targets. Accurately input customer data and interactions into the CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date.
Assist in tracking sales metrics and performance, providing insights into lead conversion rates and pipeline progress.
Ensure that all activities comply with GDPR, AML/KYC, and other regulatory guidelines.
Experience:
Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or business development role, preferably within the B2B or payments industry.
Experience with CRM systems or other sales tools is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers professionally.
Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop within a sales-driven environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Other Requirements:
A passion for sales and customer engagement.
Full, clean drivers license
