Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team in the payments industry. In this role, you will play a key part in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team to meet their targets. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and experience in business development while helping to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Assist in generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries to ensure potential customers meet our criteria for further engagement.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of leads and prospects in the CRM system.

Customer Engagement:

  • Reach out to prospective clients, introduce our payment solutions, and assist in understanding their needs.
  • Work with senior sales team members to assist in developing tailored solutions for prospects.
  • Nurture relationships with leads by following up regularly and maintaining a positive rapport.

Sales Support:

  • Support the senior sales team with administrative tasks, including lead tracking, data entry, and preparing sales materials.
  • Help manage the sales process by ensuring timely follow-up on leads, responding to customer inquiries, and scheduling meetings.

Data Capture & Reporting:

  • Accurately input customer data and interactions into the CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date.

  • Assist in tracking sales metrics and performance, providing insights into lead conversion rates and pipeline progress.

  • Ensure that all activities comply with GDPR, AML/KYC, and other regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or business development role, preferably within the B2B or payments industry.

    • Experience with CRM systems or other sales tools is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers professionally.

    • Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop within a sales-driven environment.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.

    • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • A passion for sales and customer engagement.
