Experience engaging with ServiceNow stakeholders to define and scope new requirements and identify issues
Documentation of requirements and analysis of changes required to ServiceNow
Experience performing basic administration tasks in the ServiceNow application (e.g., Group/User updates, Roles/Responsibilities updates)
Experience coordinating with Portfolio/Project Managers on initiatives impacting ServiceNow
Requirements:
Complete basic administration tasks for the ServiceNow application, including Group/User updates, Roles/Responsibilities updates, and simple workflow and Request development (non-scripting)
Manage ServiceNow Change Request administration
Engage in UAT activities
Document ServiceNow SOPs and guidance
