Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
6-10 years experience with Problem Management module in ServiceNow and basic SharePoint workflow functionality
Skilled in Excel and ServiceNow reporting
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and stakeholder management

Prepare reports, summarize and highlight issues as they arise
Regularly follow up to ensure tasks are recorded and completed within the defined timeframe
