Engio is seeking an Associate Network Operations Technician to execute core maintenance tasks, monitor performance, and provide initial troubleshooting support for high-volume networks. This is your chance to build a strong foundation using industry-leading equipment like Juniper and Fortinet.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve Level 1-2 incidents, assisting senior engineers with initial diagnostics of network outages and performance issues across routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Execute routine configuration changes and perform software upgrades on network devices under close supervision, ensuring strict adherence to change procedures.
• Actively monitor network health using performance tools, identify anomalies, and raise appropriate alerts for resolution.
• Assist in updating network documentation, including basic topology diagrams and procedural guides.

Requirements

• 0 - 3 years of basic experience in network configuration, monitoring, or support, ideally gained through internships, relevant coursework, or certifications.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP subnetting, VLANs) and exposure to enterprise-grade vendors like Juniper, Cisco, or Fortinet.
• A degree/diploma in a relevant IT field or professional certification (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA) is highly desirable.
