Associate IT Pre-Sales Technical Specialist (Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 0 - 3 years in an administrative, sales support, or technical support role
  • High proficiency in Project Management/CRM systems, particularly ClickUp, with strong data entry and management skills
  • Basic understanding of technical infrastructure concepts, including IP addressing, internet bandwidth, and basic cloud service models
  • A Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is strongly preferred

Requirements:

  • Accurately implement and maintain the ClickUp opportunity logging process, ensuring all sales leads have the correct technical metadata captured
  • Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to generate accurate quotes for standard, low-complexity solutions, primarily focused on basic WAN/LAN connectivity and cloud storage
  • Execute the centralized pre-qualification process for fibre and connectivity, ensuring all underlying technical specifications are met before a quote is finalized
  • Assist Account Managers by preparing and dispatching technical questionnaires and ensuring all administrative steps are completed prior to quote generation

Engio is looking for an Associate IT Pre-Sales Specialist to manage the critical administrative and technical support aspects of our sales cycle. 

This is your opportunity to gain foundational experience in infrastructure quoting, systems management, and technical compliance, focusing specifically on networks and data protection.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately implement and maintain the ClickUp opportunity logging process, ensuring all sales leads have the correct technical metadata captured.
  • Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to generate accurate quotes for standard, low-complexity solutions, primarily focused on basic WAN/LAN connectivity and cloud storage.
  • Execute the centralized pre-qualification process for fibre and connectivity, ensuring all underlying technical specifications are met before a quote is finalized.
  • Assist Account Managers by preparing and dispatching technical questionnaires and ensuring all administrative steps are completed prior to quote generation.
  • Prepare initial provisioning forms for standard estimates, ensuring a smooth, proactive handover to the service delivery team.
