QA Manual Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Writes test cases based on written specifications
• Execute the test plan in different environments (SIT, UAT, PROD)
• Reports issues in a structured, documented and detailed way
• Offers support for bug reproduction, especially during customer UAT phase
• Support for customers during UAT phase with various requests
• Uses test automation tools to accelerate the test execution phases

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance (4+ years experience in a QA role)
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finances or a related subject
• Knowledge of Banking business processes with focus on Accounts, Payments, Credit & Debit Cards, PFM, Transaction Details, Private and SME Banking
• Experience in working with foreign customers
• Good customer facing skills
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with JIRA
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Understanding of Web Services is a big plus
• Team player attitude, innovative approach
• Knowledge of CEE language(s) would be a plus
• Experience on mobile platforms is a big plus
• Knowledge of Apple and Google publishing process is a plus
