Roles & Responsibilities

Friendly and engaging telephone manner with professional, confident communication
Ability to work from a suitable home-based environment with self-discipline and motivation
Computer requirements: 8GB RAM, i5 or better CPU, reliable wired internet (minimum 3 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download) and headset with noise-canceling microphone
Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service is preferred, with basic computer skills and administrative abilities

Requirements:

Take inbound calls from prospective customers and build rapport
Convince business customers and establish relationships, guiding inquiries toward a transfer to a live Licensed Insurance Agent
Gather and verify customer information during conversations to ensure accurate lead transfer
Follow documented processes for calling prospects, including asking appropriate questions and handling objections

Job description

We are searching for great communicators for an exciting Inbound lead generation campaign in the insurance industry.

Full Job Description:

Part-time or Full-time 20, 30, or 40 hours per week schedule available
Convince business customers and establish a relationship
Take Inbound calls from prospective customers
Gather correct customer information during a conversation to make a transfer to a live Licensed Insurance Agent
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Full training on:

how to use the client inbound calling dialer software
Full training relating to the product/service
process for calling prospects, including questions to ask, how to handle objections, how to pass lead information

Full HR support will be provided for the home-based agent, including any additional training requirements, technical support, and payroll support, with payments made by ACH transfer, G-Cash, or Wise.

Potential candidate requirements:

Friendly and engaging telephone manner
Ability to work from a suitable home-based environment
Agents need a well-organized and structured approach to working, with the self-discipline and motivation to work from home
Computer/Laptop with 8GB RAM
i5 or better processor CPU benchmark of 3000 or more
Reliable Internet Connection of at least 3mbps upload and 25mbps download speed with the capability to be hardwired in

Previous telephone sales or customer service (call-center or home-based) is preferred. More important is an enthusiastic and determined mindset. Professional, confident, engaging, and friendly phone manner, with some basic computer skills, and administrative abilities.
