Job Description

We are seeking an experienced a contract DevOps Engineer to join our team as a staff augmentation resource to assist in the development and maintenance of our clients software delivery pipeline. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for automating software development, testing, and deployment processes. You will also be collaborating with our clients cross-functional teams. You will be working with tools and technologies such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. You will also assist the support team when needed in order to resolve production issues quickly.

That are aligned with our clients business requirements and technology standards. You will work closely with our clients development team to design, develop and deploy high-quality mobile applications.

This is a staff augmentation position that will require you to work on-site with our clients team. The project is expected to last for a minimum of six months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. What you will do

Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our software development processes
Contribute and advise on system architecture for new and existing projects, specifically in relation to DevOps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software applications
Automate testing and deployment processes to improve software quality and delivery speed
Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks and other issues
Work with the development team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Continuously learn and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve DevOps processes
Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting procedures

What you will need

Strong knowledge of Git and experience with Git-based workflows
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or GitLab CI
Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
Familiarity with IaC tools is such as Terraform
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Who you are

Thai Nationality
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with at least 4 years of experience.
Fair of communication skills in writing, speaking, listening, and ability to relate well with others
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
