3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager with ability to lead a developers team, SCRUM Master experience, and knowledge of banking processes and agile methodologies.
Proficiency in organizing, monitoring, and continuously improving development processes; scheduling and planning development projects; strong organizational and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer and Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of developers across distributed locations (Philippines and Poland) to deliver high-quality software.
Act as Scrum Master and oversee agile processes, planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement of development workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to apply banking domain knowledge and drive technology initiatives (micro-services, ML/AI, cloud) within projects.
Contribute to the growth of the development team and drive ongoing talent development.

Requirements:

1. Must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Engineering Manager and other expertise listed below:

- Ability to handle a team of Developers
- SCRUM Master
- Knowledge in Banking Processes
- Knowledge in other Agile methodologies

2. Must be proficient in:
