  • Contribute to the growth of the development team and drive ongoing talent development.

Requirements:

1. Must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Engineering Manager and other expertise listed below:

- Ability to handle a team of Developers
- SCRUM Master

- Knowledge in Banking Processes

- Knowledge in other Agile methodologies

2. Must be proficient in:

- Organizing, monitoring and constantly improving the development process
- Scheduling and planning development projects

- Organizational and analytical skills.

3. Has a college degree in Computer Science, I.T., Computer and Electronics Engineering or other relevant fields.

4. Excellent English communication skills.
