Join Our Team at Lunas Consulting as a Junior Cold Caller

We're looking for an enthusiastic Canada-based Cold Caller to join our team.

In This Role, You Will:

Reach out to provided leads via phone, following the script and guidelines provided.
Engage with prospects in a professional manner, answering questions and providing information about our services.
Book appointments with companies that express interest.
Maintain accurate records of your calls, including outcomes and any follow-up actions required.
Record conversations as needed for training and quality assurance purposes.

Required skills and qualifications:

Open to candidates with no experience, but a background in customer service is preferred.
Freshers and students are welcome to apply
Great English communication skills (both written and spoken) are a must.
Proficient in using Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
