Job description

We are on the lookout for a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to join a global financialservices provider. In this role, youll drive growth, build partnerships, and help expand our reach playing a vital part in shaping the future of our company.

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partner networks, market research, and outreach.
  • Build and nurture strong, longterm relationships with new and existing clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that deliver real value.
  • Present services/products professionally: craft and deliver compelling proposals and presentations, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot new growth areas and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to management.

What were looking for

  • Excellent command of English (C1) strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in financial services or a related regulated environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation ability, and a results driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively comfortable operating in a global, multicultural team
  • Proactive mindset, resilience and a readiness to meet and exceed business goals.
