Job description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Manager fluent in Spanish and English to join a fast-growing international team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a dynamic affiliate program while making a real impact in a vibrant and multicultural environment.

What you will do

Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the programs reach.

Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, tracking KPIs such as traffic, leads, and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align campaigns with company objectives.
Provide affiliates with the necessary tools, guidance, and resources to optimize their campaigns.
Report regularly on program performance and propose improvements to enhance results and efficiency.

Who you are

Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in affiliate management, digital marketing, or business development is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and online marketing strategies is a plus.
