Job description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Manager fluent in Spanish and English to join a fast-growing international team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a dynamic affiliate program while making a real impact in a vibrant and multicultural environment.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the programs reach.

  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, tracking KPIs such as traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align campaigns with company objectives.
  • Provide affiliates with the necessary tools, guidance, and resources to optimize their campaigns.
  • Report regularly on program performance and propose improvements to enhance results and efficiency.

Who you are

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in affiliate management, digital marketing, or business development is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and online marketing strategies is a plus.
