Affiliate Manager Russian

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Manager fluent in Russian and English to join a fast-growing international team. What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify new potential affiliates, recruit them to the program, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize affiliate performance and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, tracking KPIs such as traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align campaigns and promotions with company goals.
• Provide affiliates with tools, resources, and guidance to optimize their campaigns.
• Regularly report on program performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and results.

Who you are

• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in affiliate management, digital marketing, or business development is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and online marketing strategies is a plus.
