Robotics Process Automation Developer & Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer and Test Engineer to join our tech team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating the effectiveness of RPA solutions, ensuring that they meet the quality standards and business requirements. This position requires excellent technical skills and sound understanding of RPA technologies and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, maintain and execute test plans and test cases for RPA solutions
• Analyze user stories, use cases and system requirements to develop test scenarios
• Identify, document and report defects to the development team
• Develop automated test scripts to validate RPA solutions Monitor and analyze test results to identify any discrepancies
• Troubleshoot and debug complex automation problems
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards for end-to-end RPA solutions
• Participate in code reviews and architecture reviews
• Stay up to date with emerging automation technologies

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in RPA Development and QA/Testing and test automation
• Expertise in using RPA tools such as UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, etc.
• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must speak English fluently and have good English writing skills.
