Visual Design Expertise: Formal training in graphic design with demonstrated proficiency in video creation tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and Vyond. Experience Level: Minimum 2.5-5 years of hands-on video development and editing experience, ideally within an agency or healthcare/L&D context. Multitasking & Team Collaboration: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-performance, deadline-driven team environment. Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Strong capacity to navigate ambiguity, assess feedback, and problem-solve creatively to meet evolving client needs. Life Sciences Education (Preferred): Background or education in Life Sciences is an asset, particularly for simplifying complex healthcare topics through video. Commitment to Core Values: Demonstrated alignment with values such as equity, accountability, efficiency, and continual learning in a remote-first, people-centric workplace.

Core responsibilities:

Collaborative Video Creation: Work closely with instructional designers, strategists, and clients to develop compelling video content that aligns with training objectives and healthcare marketing goals. Storyboard & Visual Frameworks: Support the creation of storyboards and visual outlines that clarify and communicate complex subject matter, especially in pharmaceutical and government sectors. Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate infographics, explainer videos, and eLearning assets using tools like Adobe After Effects and Vyond to elevate visual storytelling. High-Quality Editing: Edit raw footage into polished final products, ensuring clarity, narrative flow, and alignment with brand and client expectations across diverse industries. Audio Integration & Enhancements: Seamlessly integrate voiceovers, music, and sound effects to enhance viewer engagement and comprehension across various learning and marketing formats. Self-Directed Project Execution: Manage timelines and deliverables for assigned video tasks and independently oversee smaller video projects from concept to completion.
