• A minimum of 2.5 years hands-on experience in photo and video editing, demonstrating a consistent record of delivering polished and visually compelling content. 
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and related software to ensure high-quality output. 
• A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality editing work, innovative creative storytelling, and successful project completions. Proven expertise in color correction, retouching, audio synchronization, and other post-production techniques that elevate visual media. 
• A strong understanding of various video formats, codecs, resolution standards, and digital compression methods to optimize content delivery. 
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines. 
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with innovative visual design skills, ensuring every project reflects high standards of creative execution.

Core responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality photo and video content that aligns with detailed project briefs, ensuring a consistent brand voice and creative vision. 
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize, plan, and execute visually engaging storytelling projects across diverse platforms. 
• Manage the end-to-end post-production process, including color grading, sound editing, effects integration, and final rendering to meet project goals. 
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all visual media by aligning project outcomes with the overall company strategy. 
• Optimize content for various digital platforms, adapting formats for social media, web, and broadcast while maximizing audience engagement. 
• Review, assess, and refine content based on comprehensive feedback from clients and internal teams, implementing improvements as needed. 
• Maintain an organized archive of project files and media assets, ensuring efficient workflow management and easy access for future projects.
