Core responsibilities:

Conduct remote consultations via chat, email, phone or video conferencing, assessing patient needs and answering questions Schedule follow-up appointments and in-person consultations as needed, coordinating with the clinical team. Maintain an organized appointment calendar and ensure timely follow-ups to enhance patient engagement. Keep detailed records of consultations, treatment recommendations, and follow-up plans. Work closely with physicians, nurses, and the administrative team to streamline patient care and ensure a high level of service. Provide feedback on patient inquiries and trends to help refine our service offerings and teleconsultation processes.
