  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., engagement, follower growth, reach) and report insights to optimize future campaigns; support LinkedIn networking for the nonprofit initiative.

Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with a deep understanding of their tools, features, and best practices. Algorithm and Hashtag Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media algorithms and hashtag strategies to drive engagement and visibility. Performance-Driven: Demonstrated success in using performance metrics to inform decisions and achieve measurable campaign goals. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to craft compelling and error-free captions in line with the brand voice. Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the hair, beauty, or nonprofit sectors, enhancing content relevance and audience connection.

Core responsibilities:

Execute Social Media Campaigns: Implement social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Create Engaging Content Captions: Draft captions that align with the brand voice and resonate with target audiences while incorporating relevant hashtags to boost visibility. Enhance Post Visibility: Use expertise in algorithms and hashtag strategies to maximize content reach and engagement across platforms. Schedule and Publish Posts: Maintain a consistent posting schedule, uploading content from a provided repository and ensuring proper formatting for each platform. Support LinkedIn Networking: Assist in building brand awareness and fostering connections for the nonprofit, leveraging LinkedIn for professional outreach and engagement. Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and post reach, using data to optimize future efforts.
