Social Media Management Experience: 3 + years of experience managing social media accounts, with a track record of growing engagement and visibility. Professional Video Editing Skills: Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar), with experience creating promotional videos, real estate content, and brand storytelling. Content Strategy & Execution: Ability to develop and implement content strategies that align with industry trends, business goals, and audience preferences. Paid Advertising Proficiency: Experience running and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Strong Deadline & Time Management Skills: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, multitask, and adapt quickly to content needs and industry shifts. Creative & Analytical Mindset: A balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret insights and optimize content for maximum impact.

Core responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the real estate transaction coordination industry, driving engagement and brand awareness. Content Creation & Posting: Develop high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, captions, and professional video edits, ensuring consistent and impactful posting across all platforms. Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce high-quality promotional videos, real estate-related content, and marketing materials with a strong focus on storytelling and branding. Audience Engagement & Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering relationships with real estate professionals and industry stakeholders. Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns on multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to enhance engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
