Min 2.5 years of Previous experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/order management systems. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Core responsibilities:

Utilise various channels (job Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain sales and order-related data in company systems. Order Form Review & Approval: Verify order details, check for discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies before approval. Purchase Order Oversight: Monitor purchase order processing, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely execution. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including documentation, tracking, and reporting. Customer & Vendor Communication: Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve order-related inquiries and ensure smooth transactions. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimisation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order management. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain organised records of transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
