Min 2.5 years Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Core responsibilities:

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to cold leads, introducing our services and scheduling appointments. Utilize provided scripts and adapt communication strategies to effectively engage potential clients. Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of information and appointments. Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled appointments. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets. As experience grows, participate in sales meetings and assist in closing deals.
