  • Lead Qualification: Pre-screen and verify interest before routing leads for owner follow-up and closing.
  • Campaign Testing and Iteration: Regularly test and optimize subject lines, messaging, and sending times for best results.

Experience: 2.5-5 years experience in sales lead generation or executing B2B cold email outreach campaigns, preferably for service-based local providers (medical, compliance, logistics, or field services). Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with workplace compliance, DOT/non-DOT testing requirements, and the needs of high-liability sectors is a strong plus. List Building Proficiency: Demonstrated skill in sourcing accurate, decision-maker contact data in local/regional markets. Process-Oriented & Organized: Able to manage a high volume of outbound communication while maintaining attention to detail in campaign tracking. SEO-Aligned Thinking: Capable of identifying trends in search behavior and integrating that knowledge into outreach segmentation and messaging. Professional Communication: Clear, polished English writing with a service-minded and credible tone.

Core responsibilities:

Cold Email Campaigns: Craft and manage outreach campaigns targeting Dallas-Fort Worth businesses using proven deliverability and conversion strategies. Prospect List Building: Identify decision-makers at local companies (50+ employees) with safety-sensitive roles and gather contact info for outreach. SEO Awareness Monitoring: Work with free SEO tools to identify high-traffic keywords and prospects who may be searching for on-site testing services. Lead Qualification: Pre-screen and verify interest before routing leads for owner follow-up and closing. CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Log activities, response rates, and lead status updates using Excel or Google Sheets to maintain a consistent pipeline. Campaign Testing & Iteration: Regularly test and optimize subject lines, messaging, and sending times for best results.
