Requirements:

  • Lead Prospecting Outreach: Identify and connect with small business owners across the U.S. who lack a digital presence, particularly those needing affordable, informative websites. Use a consultative approach to initiate conversations and book demo calls.
  • Call Handling Appointment Setting: Engage leads via outbound calls with professionalism and persistence, offering no-pressure, free demo walkthroughs of tailored website mockups. Clearly articulate service benefits and value proposition in a friendly, non-salesy tone.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized system to track outreach, follow-up activity, and demo scheduling. Ensure warm leads are properly nurtured and consistently followed up with until conversion or closure.
  • Value-Based Pitching: Educate leads on the importance of online presence, SEO basics, and Google/Yelp visibility. Offer real-world examples of how having a simple yet optimized site can increase credibility, traffic, and customer trust.

Experience in Sales Outreach: Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience in sales lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or web services for small businesses. Empathetic Communication Style: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a calm, persuasive, and client-centered approach - able to educate rather than push, and turn skepticism into curiosity. Tech Comfort & CRM Skills: Comfortable using calling platforms and CRMs to manage prospecting efforts and client interactions. Resilience & Self-Motivation: Strong follow-through skills with the ability to rebound from rejection and keep momentum. Thick-skinned and able to navigate objections without losing rapport. Understanding of Small Business Needs: Familiarity with the challenges small businesses face in building affordable websites and establishing their online presence. Industry knowledge is a strong plus. Customer-Focused Mindset: Dedicated to creating a positive first impression for leads by offering clear value and respect for their time. Feedback Loop & CRM Updates: Log notes, objections, and customer interests within the CRM to refine outreach strategies and tailor future demos. Provide input to improve pitch language and customer education content. Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure demo delivery timelines, customer communication, and service expectations are met. Provide weekly activity updates on lead status and conversion metrics.
