  • HR Administration: Use ADP and other HR systems to manage payroll, benefits, and compliance, and maintain candidate data.

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive Recruitment Experience: Minimum 5.5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on finding in-person, senior-level candidates in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Proficiency in HR Systems: Advanced knowledge of ADP software and other HR-related platforms. 
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with candidates and leadership. 
  • Results-Driven Approach: Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles and meeting hiring deadlines. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific organizational needs. 
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Core responsibilities:

  • Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate pipelines and recruitment progress. 
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment efforts and market trends.
