Experience in Holistic Practices: Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating meditation, ideally with exposure to Reiki, spiritual coaching, or faith-based mindfulness. Virtual Facilitation Skills: Ability to hold space and guide groups confidently through digital platforms like Zoom. Calm & Grounded Presence: Emotionally grounded and spiritually attuned, with a soothing voice and reassuring teaching style. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using meditation timers, music overlays, breakout rooms, and chat features in virtual settings. Creative Content Development: Experience creating meditation scripts, guided audio sessions, and ritual outlines. Spiritual Alignment: Aligned with values of prayer, fasting, and biblical integration in wellness spaces.

Core responsibilities:

Host Virtual Meditation Sessions: Lead weekly guided meditations that blend breathwork, scripture-based affirmations, and mindfulness techniques rooted in prayer and energy healing. Live Group Coaching Support: Co-facilitate online coaching groups alongside the retreat leader to support clients through spiritual healing journeys. Custom Meditation Creation: Design and record meditation tracks that support aura cleansing, fasting, inner child work, and divine alignment. Retreat Support: Assist with meditation facilitation during virtual sessions, helping participants ground and recharge. Client Engagement: Respond to post-session feedback and assist participants in integrating meditation practices into their daily routines. Admin & Reporting: Track attendance, collect feedback, and submit weekly session recaps and participant highlights to the lead coordinator.
