  • Maintain and update electronic patient records in the practice management system, ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Process billing and insurance claims, assisting patients with payment options, verifying insurance coverage, and addressing any payment or insurance-related queries through secure and user-friendly virtual channels.
