  • Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including VPN, firewalls, DNS, and TCP/IP configurations.

Core responsibilities:

Provide second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and security-related issues. Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues escalated from Level 1 support. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware components. Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud-based IT services. Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including VPN, firewalls, DNS, and TCP/IP configurations. Perform server administration tasks, such as user management, permissions, and security updates. Assist in IT security measures, including endpoint protection, system monitoring, and data encryption.
