Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5.5+ years of experience in Google Ads and PPC optimization with a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and increasing ROAS
  • Strong Google Ads tracking expertise including Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Google Ads scripts for precise tracking, reporting, and automation
  • Experience running local business ads (Google Search/Maps) and e-commerce campaigns (Google Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Data-driven, proactive, independent worker with an analytical mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced growth environment and going beyond standard recommendations

Requirements:

  • Google Ads Optimization Strategy Execution: Manage and optimize a $10k/month ad spend across multiple locations and product lines, prioritizing Performance Max for local and e-commerce growth
  • Search/Local Ad Campaign Management: Develop and refine Google Search and Maps Ads to drive in-studio appointments and maximize visibility with competitor targeting
  • E-commerce YouTube Advertising: Create and manage campaigns for aftercare products and merchandise, while refining YouTube and Display Ads to boost brand awareness
  • Conversion Tracking & Retargeting Setup: Implement GTM and GA4 to accurately track studio visits, form submissions, and online purchases, and deploy retargeting for non-converting visitors; automate with scripts where appropriate

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 5.5 years in Google Ads and PPC optimization with a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and increasing ROAS. 
  • Google Ads & Tracking Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Google Ads scripts to ensure precise tracking, reporting, and automation. 
  • Local Business & E-Commerce Ad Experience: Extensive experience running local business ads (Google Search & Maps) and e-commerce campaigns (Google Shopping, Performance Max). 
  • Data-Driven & Analytical Approach: Ability to go beyond standard Google recommendations, analyze campaign performance, and implement strategies that drive measurable results. 
  • Proactive & Independent Work Style: Self-starter who takes ownership of ad performance, continuously optimizes, and stays ahead of industry trends without requiring direct oversight. 
  • Fast-Paced & Growth-Oriented Mindset: Comfortable working in a high-growth, aggressive optimization environment with the ability to pivot strategies quickly for maximum impact.

Core responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Optimization & Strategy Execution: Manage and optimize a $10k/month ad spend across multiple locations and product lines, focusing on Performance Max campaigns for local and e-commerce growth. 
  • Search & Local Ad Campaign Management: Develop and refine Google Search & Maps Ads to drive in-studio appointments while implementing competitor targeting strategies to maximize visibility. 
  • E-Commerce & YouTube Advertising: Create and manage campaigns for aftercare products and merchandise sales while refining YouTube and Display Ads for increased brand awareness. 
  • Conversion Tracking & Retargeting Setup: Configure Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 to accurately track studio visits, form submissions, and online purchases while implementing retargeting campaigns for non-converting visitors. 
  • Google Ads Script Implementation & Automation: Develop and apply scripts to automate bid adjustments, pause underperforming ads, and refine targeting based on real-time conversion data. 
  • Performance Optimization & ROI Maximization: Reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), enhance return on ad spend (ROAS), and identify high-value keyword opportunities through data-driven strategies and A/B testing. 
  • Campaign Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Analyze ad performance, adjust bids, and refine ad creatives to ensure continuous scaling while cutting wasted ad spend.
