2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support roll Demonstrated experience in creating training manuals, process documentation, or e-learning content Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and design/documentation tools (e.g., Canva, Lucidchart, Notion, or similar) Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail Background in education, instructional design, HR, or training development with familiarity with Learning Management Systems is preferred but not mandatory

Core responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle correspondence Oversee inbox management and internal communications on behalf of the executive Organize and maintain digital files and cloud-based documentation Coordinate travel, appointments, and virtual event logistics Conduct research, compile reports, and support daily business operations Review and interpret client instructions and SOPs to create accurate, easy-to-follow training materials Design educational training models, onboarding programs, and process documentation for internal and client-facing use Translate complex operational steps into engaging content such as step-by-step guides, e-learning slides, handbooks, checklists, and visual aids Ensure training materials are aligned with brand tone, business goals, and compliance requirements
