5+ years of backend development experience with expertise in Node.js, Python, or Java. Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, including Web3, smart contracts, and the TON network. Experience with database management using SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and ensuring data integrity. Proficiency in API development and integration, including RESTful and Web3 APIs for seamless blockchain interactions. Strong knowledge of security protocols, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and smart contract security best practices. Experience with performance optimization, caching, and scalable architectures for blockchain-based applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

Core responsibilities:

Blockchain Backend Development – Build scalable, secure server-side logic and APIs using Node.js, Python, or Java for Web3 and TON network applications. Smart Contract Integration – Develop and deploy smart contracts, ensuring seamless interaction with blockchain networks and decentralized applications (dApps). Database Management – Design and manage SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) to store blockchain transaction data securely. API and Protocol Integration – Connect decentralized systems with third-party APIs and services to enable seamless data exchange and authentication. Security & Authentication – Implement authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms to secure APIs and blockchain-based systems. Testing & Quality Assurance – Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability and stability of blockchain applications. Performance Optimization – Enhance backend efficiency using caching, database indexing, and load balancing to scale Web3 applications. Collaboration & Documentation – Work closely with frontend developers and stakeholders while maintaining clear API documentation and technical specifications.
