What You'll Be Doing

As a French-speaking Business Development Executive, your core responsibility will be to prospect, qualify, and nurture leads into long-term client partnershipsprimarily across French-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and qualify new business leads via outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
  • Present tailored sales and marketing solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using a CRM system, maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations for potential clients in French and English.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales strategy, marketing, delivery) to ensure seamless handovers and consistent messaging.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

What Were Looking For

We're seeking a driven sales professional with strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a hunger to close deals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in French (native or near-native) and strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, lead generation, telesales, or outbound B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to navigate sales cycles and book high-quality meetings with decision-makers.
  • Experience working with a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, with the confidence to own client conversations.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience selling marketing, digital services, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Knowledge of the UK/EU B2B market landscape.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools.
