Business Analyst
Fractl is partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven company thats modernizing public sector services through powerful analytics and workflow automation tools.
They are looking for a Business Analyst to help define and deliver enterprise workflow solutions that streamline operations for health and human services agencies. You'll be at the intersection of strategy, user experience, and product delivery working closely with both internal teams and external partners to bring high-impact tools to life.
Location: 100% Remote in the USA
Salary: $85k - $105k
Skills: Agile, User Stories, Workflow Design, UAT, System Configuration, and SQL

What Will You Do?
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define business goals and translate them into functional requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and document findings through flowcharts, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Guide solution development by working with implementation teams in an agile environment.
- Create and execute test plans to validate workflows, integrations, and platform configurations.
- Coordinate UAT and feedback loops, ensuring smooth launches and continued alignment with user needs.
- Help define and refine case management and incident tracking systems that support essential public services.
