Senior Analytics Engineer

Fractl is partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven company thats transforming health and human services with cutting-edge analytics tools.

They're looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to design and deliver data products that turn complex healthcare data into clean, intuitive, and actionable insights.

In this role, you'll bridge technical implementation and user experience developing everything from data models and pipelines to dashboards that tell the full story. You'll collaborate across teams, own analysis workflows end-to-end, and help shape the future of data access within the public sector.

Location: 100% Remote in the USA
Salary: $145k - $165k
Tech Stack: SQL and Python
Visa Status: US Citizen or Green Card Holder
