Fractl is partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven company thats transforming health and human services with cutting-edge analytics tools.

They're looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to design and deliver data products that turn complex healthcare data into clean, intuitive, and actionable insights.

In this role, you'll bridge technical implementation and user experience developing everything from data models and pipelines to dashboards that tell the full story. You'll collaborate across teams, own analysis workflows end-to-end, and help shape the future of data access within the public sector.

Location: 100% Remote in the USA
Salary: $145k - $165k
Tech Stack: SQL and Python
Visa Status: US Citizen or Green Card Holder

What Will You Do?

• Design and build scalable, self-service data products that turn messy healthcare data into actionable insight.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to understand user needs and create solutions that meet them.
• Build and maintain robust analysis pipelines and high-quality visualizations.
• Optimize SQL workflows for performance and scalability.
• Conduct advanced analysis, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Recommend product improvements based on insights from existing data.
