Risk and Performance Management Department (RPMD)

In Risk & Performance Management Department (RPMD), we work collaboratively across teams to identify and address potential blind spots, ensuring that all relevant risks are considered and duly addressed.

 

Risk Infrastructure

You will be part of a team that deploys state-of-the-art data and systems required for all aspects of risk and performance analysis and reporting.

 

What impact can you make in this role?

The Risk Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and driving the delivery of key initiatives within the Risk or Performance Centre of Excellence (COE). This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technology teams to ensure that COE projects are executed effectively, deliver business value, and align with strategic objectives.

 

What will you do as a Risk Program Manager?

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver risk or performance analytics solutions and enhancements.
  • Gather, prioritize, and refine requirements from multiple business units, balancing competing interests and aligning with enterprise goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progresses, budgets and resource allocation, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including organizing meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
  • Support the adoption of new methodologies, tools, and processes, including change management and user training.
  • Monitor and report on COE KPIs, project milestones, and business impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and making recommendations to foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice sharing within the COE.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or delivery roles within financial services or asset management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across multiple business units.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with risk or performance analytics, reporting, and systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
