As an Area Manager, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening our digital reporting operations while helping reporters grow, succeed, and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
The Area Supervisor, Digital Reporting is responsible for overseeing the performance, quality, and development of digital reporters within an assigned region. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to support onboarding, training, certification management, and quality assurance while serving as a coach, mentor, and subject matter expert in digital reporting systems, technologies, and best practices.
