  • Conduct 30-60-90 day reviews and ongoing performance evaluations; monitor timecards, expenses, and update vendor profiles in NetSuite.
  • Build strong relationships with digital reporters, field offices, transcription teams, and internal stakeholders; address quality concerns and communicate performance updates.

About the Role

The Area Supervisor, Digital Reporting is responsible for overseeing the performance, quality, and development of digital reporters within an assigned region. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to support onboarding, training, certification management, and quality assurance while serving as a coach, mentor, and subject matter expert in digital reporting systems, technologies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the selection and onboarding of digital reporters, including equipment coordination and onboarding plans
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing support to assigned digital reporters
  • Manage digital reporter licensure, certifications, and compliance requirements
  • Plan and deliver education on digital reporting systems, policies, compliance, products, and services
  • Conduct 30-60-90 day reviews and ongoing performance evaluations
  • Update and maintain digital reporter vendor profiles in NetSuite
  • Build strong relationships with digital reporters, field offices, transcription teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with resolving quality concerns related to digital reporters’ work product
  • Monitor and approve timecards and expense submissions
  • Communicate reporter availability and performance updates to local field teams
  • Participate in performance management processes, including documentation and corrective action when necessary
  • Implement regular quality evaluations to ensure record capture standards are met
  • Actively demonstrate and reinforce Esquire’s values
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree preferred
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience in the legal services industry preferred
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn company technology platforms
  • Leadership: Strong coaching ability with experience in performance management and adult learning principles
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Knowledge: Understanding of court procedures, legal terminology, and digital reporting standards
