Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach; ability to cross-sell and provide personalized options.

Requirements:

  • Sell auto, homeowners, and other personal lines to AAA members via phone and online; conduct outbound calls and provide personalized coverage options and quotes.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM; participate in sales programs and respond promptly to referrals.
  • Learn and follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures; ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments; stay current on regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners; deliver AAA Five Diamond Service; cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant services; occasional travel for training (approx. 5%).

Job description

Start Date: Monday April 27, 2026

We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team as Inside Sales Insurance Agents. This is a fully remote position, offering paid training and covering all costs for your Personal Lines Insurance License. If you thrive in outbound sales and want to grow in the insurance industry, this is your opportunity! 

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (training can last between 4-6months)

Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday 11:30am-8:00pm
What You’ll Do: 

  • Insurance Sales Responsibilities:
    • Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online 
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products 
    • Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes 
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system 
    • Participate in sales programs and respond promptly to referrals 
  • Regulatory & Compliance 
    • Learn and follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures 
    • Ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments 
    • Collaborate with Underwriting and Quality Assurance to reduce risks and ensure accuracy 
    • Stay current on insurance regulations and best practices 
  • Additional Responsibilities 
    • Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners 
    • Occasionally travel for training (approx. 5%) 
    • Deliver AAA Five Diamond Service in every interaction 
    • Cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant services
