Roles & Responsibilities

  • 6-8 years of technology program management experience in large, cross-organizational projects with prioritization, scoping, and negotiating timelines
  • Experience in a banking or fintech technology organization
  • Proficiency with SDLC project and process management tools and methodologies
  • Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills; ability to drive large-scale initiatives and work across organizations

Requirements:

  • Lead technology programs across multiple departments to deliver large, cross-organizational initiatives on time and within scope
  • Prioritize competing demands, scope large efforts, and negotiate timelines with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, manage risks, and resolve obstacles; ensure alignment with business goals
  • Act as a primary liaison to senior management, providing status updates, reporting, and executive-level communications

Job Description:
  • 6-8 years of technology program management experience in large, cross-organizational projects, prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines
  • Strong experience within a technology organization in the banking or fintech industries
  • Understands the business, industry, and the role IT places in driving financial success
  • Proficient with SDLC project and process management tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and diverse projects including, analytical thinking, planning, prioritizing, problem-solving, decision-making, and carrying out assigned projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and experienced with reporting to senior management
  • Good consensus builder; ability to drive large scale initiatives
  • Ability to work across organizations and through obstacles
