Roles & Responsibilities

7-9 years of IT experience
Experience leading and managing an application delivery team comprising Developers and QA
Experience working with onsite-offshore model projects and supporting offshore teams
Hands-on experience with technologies such as Visual Studio .NET Framework, C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server 2012+, Web Services/Web API, jQuery/JSON, TypeScript, Knockout, and Agile methodology

Requirements:

Lead and manage an application delivery team (Developers and QA), including coordinating onsite-offshore projects and supporting offshore teams
Provide technical solutions to the team and create technical design documents; guide implementations to meet business requirements
Troubleshoot issues/bugs and ensure timely resolution
Operate in an Agile environment and facilitate collaboration across stakeholders

Job description

100% remote. For now will go onsite by October- November

Position: .NET Lead (2 roles)
Location: Westchester , IL
Duration: 12 Months

LOCAL or RELO ASAP
7 - 9 years of IT experience
Experience in leading and managing an application delivery team comprising Developers and QA
Experience working with onsite-offshore modal projects would be an added advantage
Supporting offshore team & Providing technical solutions to the team
Good technical & analytical skills
Create technical design documents and guide implementations as needed to meet business requirements
Ability to troubleshoot the issue\bug as necessary
Good communication skill
Hands-on experience and worked on technologies such as :
o Visual Studio .NET Framework
o C#.NET
o ASP.NET & MVC
