Product Team Reporting Lead:
Role responsibilities include:
• Create, analyze, and maintain ongoing weekly and monthly status/progress reports and ad-hoc analysis related to Program Increment and Product Team progress
• Lead review and validation of detailed reporting scenarios based on Program Increment Planning, as needed
• Rationalize, align, and enhance reporting with strong visualization, to help the PM/PO and Customer Centric team operations
• Organize gathered requirements to identify source, audience, cadence, and contributing teams in preparation for creation of reports
• Create recommendations and process improvements based on the outcome of reports
• Build the foundation for development and improvement efforts by capturing the business context – risk(s), current state, desired future state, objectives, business needs and impacted user groups
• Work cross functionally with project team members, SMEs, delivery partners, client leads and executives to gather reporting requirements
• Coach junior team members, across all vendors on the team
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• At least 12 year of relevant experience
• Current and active Client MBI staff-like access clearance
• Certification as a Scrum Master and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
• Strong understanding of database environments with ability to write SQL queries
• Experience in leading Reporting efforts
• Experience with enterprise lifecycle management (ELM) tools and requirements documentation tools
• Data analytics skills and experience to understand and communicate the outcome of reports into meaningful results to related audience
• Excellent communication skills with client stakeholders at all levels (written and verbal)
• Excellent facilitation skills, including in a virtual setting
• Demonstrated ability to seek out information (proactive learning)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Problem solver, consensus seeker, team player, and excellent communicator
Desired Skills:
• Certified as a Pega Business Architect to be familiar with the Pega COTS platforms testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities
• Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals
• Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
