  • Proven experience leading the training component of SAP ERP implementations
  • Experience creating, developing, and delivering SAP ERP training materials and curricula
  • Ability to translate business processes and technology changes into effective training content and curricula
  • Strong collaboration with business and technical SMEs, coordinating cross-functional training activities and obtaining review/approval

Requirements:

  • Plan, develop and implement all training components for the SAP Real Estate implementation, including creating training materials, curricula and schedules
  • Create a Business Training Plan based on key process and technology changes and ensure alignment with documented processes
  • Coordinate training meetings between business and technical teams; solicit reviews and approvals from Business and Technical SMEs; facilitate training assessments
  • Produce Training Summary reports and monitor effectiveness of training programs

Job Description:
The Trainer is responsible for the planning, development and execution of all aspects of Training to support the SAP Real Estate implementation project. Works closely with the business and technology team representative to ensure all aspects of the technology and business process are integrated into the training content and delivery. This role will have overall responsibility for the planning, development and implementation of all Training components including creating training material from SAP, putting together a training schedule and facilitating the overall execution of the training plan.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
  • Create Business Training Plan based off of key process and technology changes
  • Review all process documents and ensure appropriate training material is created where necessary
  • Create training curriculum plan
  • Coordinate training meetings between the business/technical teams
  • Create training materials and solicit to Business and Technical SMEs for review and approval
  • Facilitate training assessments
  • Provide Training Summary report
  • Proven experience leading the training component of SAP ERP implementation
