MUST BE fluent Spanish to do data mapping of Spanish system to US sap instance.
As our SAP Data Migration Program Manager, you will provide enterprise-level project management support during ERP implementation activities for all Business Data Migration activities across all relevant phases of deployment .This role is responsible for facilitating the coordination and reporting of Business Data Migration activities to ensure program deliverables are completed on time and in compliance with Stryker procedures.
Engage with business deployment group teams
Ensure close and continuous alignment of Data Services project plans with the ERP deployment schedule; escalating risks and resolutions where necessary
Hold Data Services build leads and related resources accountable for delivery of their respective tasks and activities
Provide detailed status of current state of various work packages for the entire suite of global applications and highlight key areas of concern to the Business Data Migration Lead. In addition, provide periodic updates to stakeholders at various levels Deployment group sponsors and program sponsors
Generate weekly program status reports
Provide support to the Deployment Group Data Lead to identify and align Deployment Group resources to the data load schedules and activities
Support the Coordination and management of the collection of validation artifacts, verify completeness, and report data load validation metrics
What you need:
Bachelor's degree is preferred, however in lieu of a degree an additional 6 years of work experience will be considered.
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience is required
3+ years of relevant experience project managing or delivering projects with a data migration component is preferred
Has a proven record of managing successful projects. Experience leading successful large projects across multiple functions and locations
Intermediate to advanced understanding of data migration terminology and toolsets (SAP preferred)
Ability to consider upstream and downstream scheduling and process impacts and implications
International experience and/or exposure working in other business functions preferred
